The field seems to follow my head. Head tracking was refused when the app first asked. Settings, Privacy & Security, Liminal Brain Lab turns it back on.

The hand control does nothing. Hand tracking was refused in the same place. The two-handed stop works either way.

Binaural beats need headphones. The two ears must hear different tones; speakers mix them. Any headphones or AirPods work.

I want to stop at once. Press the Crown, or pinch and hold with both hands. Either ends a session immediately, always.

A subscription question. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Settings, your name, Subscriptions shows and cancels it; the App Store's Report a Problem handles refunds.
